Cook Along Live - Beef Wellington Saturday 10th April 2021 6:30pm
Join us live as show you how to prepare a delicious Beef Wellington. Cooked to your liking but we always recommend medium-rare with this dish. A staple steak dish encased in a light puff pastry. A firm favourite in most house holds we are sure of.
Via a live show we will show you how to prepare the beef fillet, mushroom duxell, savoury pancake, prior to encasing it in pastry and getting it ready to go in the oven.
We will deliver a parcel containing all of the ingredients you will need to cook your wellington with a recipe sheet to refer back to at any point during the live and at later dates.
Our cook along lives are designed to help you improve your culinary skills from more basic techniques to advanced chef tricks. They have proven extremely popular so far and we have received wonderful feedback from past participants.
The ultimate aim is to enjoy ourselves as we do it so we recommend having a bottle of wine to hand!
During these uncertain times, it is important that we pull together and do activities such as these where you can have fun in a social environment.

The price is per person so please ensure the correct quantity is paid for. Ie 1 payment is equivalent to supplying enough food for one person.
The cut off point for this class is Wednesday 7th April 6:00pm

1 hour prior to the cook along live we will e-mail you the link required.
Broadcast will be via Zoom, so please ensure you have downloaded the app.
